based on handicaps. |

like to compete in the Championship Flight. |

| Competition will be stroke play from the Blue
Tees. |

Register by Tuesday, August 19th. (No late entries
will be accepted.) |

Cash and checks, made out to Eagle Valley Golf
Course, are acceptable. |

Visa or MasterCard will be accepted for registrations
by phone or on-line. |

Tee time assignments will be posted in the golf
shop on Thursday, August 21st. |

Prizes to be determined by the Tournament Committee
based on the number of entries. |

Tournament will include prizes based on both gross
and net scores, excluding the championship flight.
