Four-Person, Member / Guest Scramble

Date:
	Saturday - April 19, 2008
Format:
	Play will be scramble format from the Blue Tees.
	Local and U.S.G.A Rules of Golf apply.
	Teams will select the best shot after all four players have hit.
	Continue this process until the ball is holed and record the team-score for the hole.
Registration:
	Register by Tuesday, April 15th. (No late entries will be accepted.)
	Cash and checks, made out to Eagle Valley Golf Course, are acceptable.
	Visa or MasterCard will be accepted for registrations by phone or on-line.
	Please indicate an approximate handicap for guests that do not currently carry a USGA index.
Entry Fee:
	$10.00 per player
Tee Times:
	Teams will be arranged by the golf staff to ensure each team has an A, B, C, and D player.
	Tee time assignments will be posted in the golf shop on Thursday, April 17th.

Prizes:
	Prizes to be determined by the Tournament Committee based on the number of entries.
	Winners will be posted in the golf shop and on the website, www.eaglevalleygc.com, by Tuesday, April 22nd.
