Teams will select the best
shot after all four players have hit. |
Continue this process until
the ball is holed and record the team-score
for the hole. |

17th. (No late entries will be accepted.) |

Cash and checks, made out
to Eagle Valley Golf Course, are acceptable. |
Visa or MasterCard will
be accepted for registrations by phone or
on-line. |

Please indicate an approximate
handicap for guests that do not currently
carry a USGA index. |

Teams will be arranged by
the golf staff to ensure each team has an
A, B, C, and D player. |
|
Tee time assignments will
be posted in the golf shop on Thursday preceding
the event. |
