Clubhouse Operations

  • All reservations (10 minute intervals through May 31) made online through eaglevalleygc.com – (online payment will no longer be available or required)
  • When arriving, please allow extra time to check-in. All customers will enter through the front clubhouse doors, adhere to the social distancing dots and exit through the golf shop doors. (one way traffic into the golf shop and no golf clubs in the clubhouse)
  • Eagle Valley season pass holders and players not required to make a payment will not need enter the golf shop. (When making reservations, please indicate who is playing in your group to help minimize golf shop congestion)
  • The clubhouse bathrooms are available (please enter/exit through front doors)
  • All common area surfaces and equipment are continually disinfected, including; doors, bathrooms, bag stands, garbage cans and any additional touch-points
  • The practice range is open, utilizing the grass tee. Please remember the range closes early on Monday and Thursday evenings. (Range dispensers accepts range debit key, $1 and $5 bills – please come prepared with the proper denominations)
  • Food and beverage services are now operating as takeout service only. Food orders can be placed through our GPS units or by calling 651-714-3755. Beverage products will be available as well when you pick up and pay for your order. Cash now accepted for both beverage cart purchases and in the deli. (Customers will enter the food and beverage area through the doors located on the back patio)

Golf Course – Rules of Play

  • Golfers may not share equipment and must remain 6 feet apart
  • Physical touching, such as handshakes and high fives are discouraged
  • Solo golf car riders unless you reside in the same household. (Please return golf cars and push carts to the front of the clubhouse)
  • Staff installed three sets of tee markers and will place the others the week of May 18.
  • We are still utilizing the foam noodles to keep players safe. Staff is waiting on an order for the Golf Cup Lifter. This product will much improve the golfers experience on the greens. (Please do not touch or remove flagsticks at any time)
  • On-course bathroom will be open starting Monday, May 18. Guidelines will be posted with regard to cleaning and sanitizing procedures
  • All bunker rakes, water coolers and golf ball washers have been removed from the course
  • After your round, please place your trash in the garbage/recycling containers around the clubhouse (Thanks you for your help in keeping the golf course clean)
