You can also call the golf shop (651) 714-3750 and book directly with a staff member.

Tee time modifications or cancellations can be made through your account on MemberSports or by calling the golf shop at 651-714-3750.

The general public may book tee times up to 5 days in advance. If you are a Season Pass Holder or Eagle Club Member, you may book up to 7 days in advance.

Our reservation system requires a credit card to hold your tee time. Your credit card will not be charged unless you no-show. A no show fee of $25 per golfer will be applied to your credit card.

Eagle Valley reserves the right to create a foursome for each available tee time. Golfers may be paired on carts, as a maximum of two carts are allowed per group.

We do not offer a discount for large groups; please call the golf shop for more information.

We do require each player to have their own set of clubs. This helps ensure we maintain an acceptable pace of play.

Monday–Friday and after noon on Saturday, Sunday and holidays

• Walking: $45
• Riding: $66

Saturday, Sunday and holidays before noon

• Walking: $52
• Riding: $73

Champions Rate (Age 50+) Monday–Friday before noon and after 3 PM on Saturday, Sunday and  holidays

• Walking: $32

All play is scheduled to start on the 1st tee. On certain days we may have a 10th tee start to allow for the completion of maintenance activities. Some weekend back-nine times are available during the early morning hours. Call the golf shop for more information and reserve.

Woodbury residents do not receive a discount at Eagle Valley for golf, however they do receive a discount when purchasing an Eagle Club Membership.

For groups of 12 players or fewer, utilize our normal booking procedures.

To create a memorable golf experience for everyone, maintaining sound pace-of-play guidelines helps ensure all enjoy their round. Average pace of play should take approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes, with early groups in the morning setting the pace at 4 hours or less. 

Eagle Valley does not have a formal dress code. However, customers are required to wear bottoms, an appropriate shirt, and shoes must be always worn while on the property.

Golfers may suspend their round at any time and receive a rain check. The rain check will be prorated based on value of the holes not completed. All rain checks expire one year from date issued.

Eagle Valley uses ThorGuard for inclement weather monitoring. This automated system detects the potential for lightning strikes and provides clear signals for player safety. One long blast of the horn signal’s suspension of play, while three short blasts signal the resumption of play.

Morning reservations affected by frost will be cancelled. The first group of the day will correspond with the first reserved tee time after the frost has cleared. Staff will work with patrons to fill in open tee times and allow some groups to play nine holes off the back nine. 

For the safety of our guests and employees, all carts must be returned to the clubhouse by sunset.

We recognize that some guests may have physical conditions / restrictions which make it difficult to walk normal distances or slopes while playing golf. The GPS system can be programed to allow for handicapped-specific access to the golf course to those individuals who qualify. Please inform staff of your handicap needs when you arrive.

Eagle Club is available to both Woodbury residents and non-residents, with a slightly higher fee for non-residents. Upon purchasing your pass, you’ll also receive $60 worth of range balls.

An Eagle Club Membership allows you to book tee times 7 days in advance.

Eagle Valley Golf Course offers a season pass program that allows players to purchase packages of rounds at a discount. Pre-purchased rounds expire at the end of the current golf season. All Eagle Club benefits apply to our season pass program. More information can be found on our Memberships tab.
